2004 Honda Ruckus - One of a Kind!!This is a super custom one of a kind Honda Ruckus. You won't find many like this, especially not in Colorado and especially not this fast! The bike was a project modeled after the Kiri2 SS/32 bikes from Japan. It's crazy enough to win shows yet practical enough to ride every day, I commute on this bike! Obviously it has a ton of custom work, I'll try to list some of it: Frame has been bobbed and angled to match the bobbed and lowered seat Front frame has been polished and the front has been welded in OPZ Chin Bone, custom paint and powdercoating everywhere, lots of cool Japanese bits Front forks, rear BMF shock, BMF stem, NCY Billet Levers, all LED markers, fronts are in the bar ends, rears under the seat with the brake light, all stainless braided brake and throttle cables, racing brake shoes, drag bars, seat cover, Kijima wave light, NCY racing brace with foot pegs, Dr.D pipe, Stewart Warner G.U.S. Tach, billet flip mirror, NCY Frame caps, all stainless bolts, Kijima Coolant Catch Can, Daytona Temp Dip Stick, Michelin Boppers (120 front, 130 Rear), black rims with Tokyo Parts Rim Tape, Kijima kickstand and extension, etc. etc. etc. Drive train has a Malossi Var with OEM 6G rollers, Daytona Kevlar Belt, Blue C4U Clutch Springs, and a Malossi Compression Spring. Final drive was just rebuilt with new washers, bearings, gear oil and seals. Honestly, there isn't much left on the bike that is stock. Besides the custom frame work, the engine on this bike is really where it is at, there's not a faster or more moddified stock case Ruckus out there!! Engine is a 58.1cc bored stock block with a Wiseco 12.5:1 flat top coated piston, new crank and bearings, updated with 09 oil pump (metal shaft) and PCV system, POSH Super Battle Coil, Daytona CDI, lightened flywheel, hard mounted PC20 carb with K&N filter, valves have been milled .010, head has been decked .020 and it has a Web Cam, guessing 13:1 compression or more, it WILL NOT run on cheap gas. Runs 8500-9500 rpm all day, loves 10k-10.6k!! No speedo so don't ask me how fast it is, it's just fast (guessing 45 crusing - 50-55 top speed), pulls hills hard, keeps up with traffic, etc. Click on images to see full size: Feel free to drop an E-Mail if you have any questions. NOTE - BIKE IS LONG GONE SOLD DONE BYE BYE, but do keep in mind that this is the level of work that I can do, this bike was built in 6 WEEKS!! |
